Prof. Zhenyu Tian

Zhenyu Tian is a researcher at the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include independent research and development of advanced diagnostic instruments, chemical reaction kinetics of combustion of airborne/nitrogenous/SAF fuels and their key components, microgravity combustion, catalytic combustion and VOC removal technologies. He has been awarded the National Outstanding Youth Fund, Humboldt Scholar, Talent Program of the Ministry of Organization, Beijing Outstanding Youth Fund, Sino-French Jieqing Exchange Scholar of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Fellow of the International Combustion Society, Bernard Lewis Award, Wu Zhonghua Outstanding Young Scholar, Li Pei Teacher's Dedication Award, and Fellow of IAAM, etc. He is also a member of the National Academy of Sciences of China. He has presided over more than 30 scientific research and international cooperation projects funded by the Fund Committee, MIIT and MOST. He has published more than 200 papers, of which more than 150 are SCI-indexed (including more than 50 top journals in the field of combustion, CNF/PCI), one textbook of Springer Press, two chapters of English monographs, and more than 30 patents applied for/authorized. He is a member of more than ten special committees, including the International Combustion Society Award Committee and the Special Committee of the Combustion Branch of the Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics, and an associate editor and editorial board member of more than ten journals, including J. Therm. SCI.



Prof. Yikai Li

Yikai Li is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Beijing Institute of Technology. Deputy Director of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology The main research interests are: 1. Environmental adaptation of power machinery; 2. gas-liquid two-phase flow interface instability and numerical simulation method; 3. fuel jet atomization mechanism; 4. spray combustion mechanism; 5. Design of power machinery intake and exhaust systems. As a project leader, he has presided over more than 10 scientific research projects, with a total funding of more than 50 million RMB: he has published more than 80 SCI/EI papers in domestic and international high-level journals, of which more than 50 papers are published as the first/corresponding authors; he has been authorized 18 invention patents as the first inventor; and he has published one academic monograph as the first author.
